This is the North Breakwater Dome in Wakkanai, Hokkaido.
I went to Wakkanai for the first time on a trip.
It is very powerful in person.
It is located right next to Wakkanai station, so it is worth a visit. I also recommend the Soya Bus sightseeing bus.
